The kit includes 1 × Ceremonial Matcha Powder (50 g), 1 × Japanese Hojicha Dark Roast Powder (100 g) and 1 × Butterfly Pea Powder / Blue Matcha (80 g). Total net content: 230 g.

Blue Matcha is a popular name for finely powdered butterfly pea flower. Despite the name, it is not traditional matcha and does not contain matcha tea leaves. Our Butterfly Pea Powder is made from 100% dried butterfly pea flowers.

Matcha has a vibrant green colour and characteristic vegetal, umami profile. Hojicha is roasted green tea with a deeper, nutty and chocolatey character and delicate smoky notes.

Yes. All three can be used for hot or iced café-style drinks. Try a classic Matcha Latte, a roasted Hojicha Latte or a vibrant Blue Matcha Latte made with Butterfly Pea Powder.
